Nakwave ยท AI Visibility Audit โ€” Sample Report

Subject: SAIM Surfaces โ€” flooring & outdoor solutions, UAE
Audited: 17 July 2026 ยท By: Nakwave
What we tested: a live technical scan of saimsurfaces.com (homepage + about page, crawler files, structured data), real search-engine queries for the brand and its money keywords, and an AI-extractability analysis โ€” can an AI engine actually find, parse and cite this business? Everything in this report was verified on the date above. In a full client audit, we additionally test your brand live across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude with your real customer questions, benchmarked against 2โ€“3 named competitors.

Executive summary

SAIM Surfaces has solid website hygiene โ€” clean page titles, meta descriptions, mobile-ready layout and proper image alt text. The basics are better than most SMBs.

But the site is invisible at the exact moment buyers are choosing. When we searched the category's money query โ€” best sports flooring company in UAE โ€” ten competitors appeared. SAIM Surfaces did not appear at all. And for AI engines, the situation is worse: the site has zero structured data, a broken robots.txt, no sitemap, and answers that exist on the page but are invisible to machine extraction. An AI assistant recommending a flooring contractor in the UAE today has essentially nothing to cite SAIM Surfaces with.

The good news: every failing item below is fixable, most within two weeks.

Scorecard

38/100

Visibility at risk

Strong foundations, absent extraction layer. The site is readable by humans and crawlable by Google's brand index โ€” but offers AI engines nothing to extract, trust or cite. Category-level discovery is currently ceded to competitors.

The moment of truth โ€” tested live

We ran the query a real buyer types when they're ready to spend. Here's who search surfaced, verbatim, on 17 July 2026:

Live search test ยท category money query
best sports flooring company UAE โ€” court installation Dubai

Who showed up

  • Floor 2 Terrace
  • Mister Shade ME
  • Cypex Group
  • Top Flooring
  • Azeemah Floors
  • + 5 more competitors

Who didn't

  • SAIM Surfaces โ€” absent entirely

Brand-name queries ("SAIM Surfaces UAE") do return the company's own pages โ€” the brand index exists. The gap is category discovery: buyers who don't already know the name never find it.

Findings

SeverityFindingWhy it matters
Critical Zero structured data. No JSON-LD anywhere โ€” no LocalBusiness, no Organization, no Service markup. Schema is how Google and AI engines confirm who you are, where you operate and what you sell. Without it, you're a wall of text competing against machine-readable competitors.
Critical FAQ answers exist but are invisible to machines. The homepage answers 5 real buyer questions ("Do you supply materials only, or also install?", "How long does installation take?") with no FAQPage schema. These are exactly the questions people ask ChatGPT and Google. Marked up, they're citation magnets. Unmarked, the effort is wasted.
Critical Invisible on category money queries. "Best sports flooring company UAE" surfaces 10 competitors, zero SAIM (verified live, see above). This is the query that converts. Every day it stands, ready-to-buy demand flows to Cypex, Floor 2 Terrace and the rest.
High Broken robots.txt. Requesting /robots.txt returns an HTML error page instead of a crawler directives file. sitemap.xml returns 404. Crawlers get ambiguity where they need instructions. New pages can go undiscovered for weeks; AI crawlers may skip the site entirely.
High Thin, unciteable content. Homepage: 583 visible words. About page: 367. No guides, no blog, no answer content. AI engines cite self-contained passages that fully answer a question. Nothing here is complete enough to quote โ€” competitors' guide pages win those citations instead.
High No llms.txt. The emerging AI-crawler manifest is absent (404). Costs nothing to ship, and gives ChatGPT/Perplexity/Claude a clean, canonical summary of the business to draw from.
Medium Headlines carry no query intent. About-page H1 is "Where Every Floor Tells a Story of Quality." Poetic, but nobody searches it. Headings are prime extraction real estate โ€” they should answer, not decorate.
Medium WhatsApp is the primary CTA โ€” with no automation behind it. Every enquiry lands in a human's chat, 24/7. After-hours and overflow enquiries go unanswered โ€” the leads visibility work would generate leak straight out. (Fixable with a trained WhatsApp agent; outside this audit's scope.)
Pass What's already working: descriptive titles & meta descriptions, Open Graph tags, single clean H1s, all images have alt text, canonical + viewport present, mobile-ready. Better hygiene than most SMB sites โ€” the foundations are worth building on.

Prioritized fix list

Ship the machine layerWeek 1โ€“2

Deploy LocalBusiness + Organization + Service JSON-LD sitewide, mark up the 5 existing FAQs with FAQPage schema, fix robots.txt, publish sitemap.xml and llms.txt. One sprint, permanent foundation.

Rewrite pages answer-firstWeek 2โ€“4

Lead every page with the answer a buyer needs: who you serve, where, how fast, at what range. Convert the About page from poetry to citable claims (founded 2009, sectors served, project count).

Build category answer contentMonth 1โ€“2

Publish 4โ€“6 guides targeting the money queries โ€” sports court costs in UAE, flooring for schools/clinics, HPL vs alternatives. These are the pages AI engines will quote instead of competitors'.

Track citations monthlyOngoing

Re-test the money queries across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude every month; watch competitors, refresh what slips. Visibility is a position you defend, not a project you finish.
