Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nakwave website and any services we provide. Nakwave is an SEO and AI-automation studio operated by Farhan Hyder. We keep these deliberately short and readable.
Using this website
You may read, share and reference the content on this site. You may not republish substantial portions as your own, scrape it at a scale that degrades the service, or misrepresent our work as yours. Our demonstration builds are provided for evaluation, without warranty of any kind.
Free audits
Audits are provided free and without obligation. They are based on publicly available information observed at the time of the audit, and reflect the site as it existed on that date. The report is yours to keep and act on, whether or not you engage us. An audit is analysis, not a guarantee of any ranking or commercial outcome.
Engagements and scope
- Every paid engagement is defined in a written scope agreed before work starts, covering deliverables, timeline and price.
- Work outside that scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed silently.
- Timelines assume reasonable access to the systems, accounts and information the work requires.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, AI-citation placements or revenue. Nobody controls a search engine's index or a language model's output. What we guarantee is the work itself: the agreed fixes, implemented and verified, with movement reported from your own analytics rather than a dashboard we control.
Payment
Fees, schedule and currency are set out in the written scope. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. Work may be paused on materially overdue accounts, with notice.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables produced specifically for you — the content, code and configuration of your site. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, engines, frameworks and methods, including our analytics engine and audit methodology, and may reuse general know-how gained during the engagement.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will not disclose it without permission. We may reference an engagement in general terms in our portfolio only with your consent. Where we publish demonstration work involving a real site, we say plainly that it is independent analysis of public information and not a client relationship.
Third-party services
Some deliverables depend on third parties — search engines, AI platforms, hosting providers, the WhatsApp Business API, form and analytics services. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by those providers, though we will tell you promptly when one affects your work.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over the deliverables produced.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
